The young actress was born in Asaba, Delta State, Southern Nigeria, on April 5, 1997. She is of the black race and Nigerian nationality. Uche Nancy, a producer, and costumier in Nollywood is Chinenye’s mother. In films like Proof of Life, The Seed, and Fulton Mansion, Uche Nancy has flourished.

The model studied at St. Augustine College in Asaba before earning a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Zenith University in Accra, Ghana, in June 2019.
